QRForge provides two free, browser-based tools supported by advertising: a QR code generator and a PDF Merger. All QR codes are static — encoded directly in the downloaded image with no expiry date and no server dependency. The PDF Merger combines PDF, Word, and image files into a single PDF entirely within your browser, with no files uploaded to a server.
You may not use QRForge to generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, or harmful material, or to merge files containing illegal content, malware, or content that infringes someone else's copyright. You are solely responsible for the content you encode or merge using QRForge.
The PDF Merger is limited to 30 files per merge and 3 merges per 12-hour period per visitor, enforced locally in your browser. These limits keep the free tool sustainable and may change at any time.
The QRForge name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The QR codes you generate and the PDFs you merge are yours to use freely — we claim no ownership over content you create or combine using our tools.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including any loss of data, incorrect merges, or scanning issues with generated QR codes. Always verify your output (scan the QR code, open the merged PDF) before relying on or distributing it.
